diagonal tiles, gain/loss amplifiers

added the first diagonal tiles as well as the orange squares. those can be set to gain/loss and alter the ratio of growth to shrinkage.

will add some more intricate 2x2 patterns (the o loop bores me) and perhaps some knights move rules in the near future...
